1. Service Agreement
Globiz IT provides professional IT services under a formal agreement or proposal accepted by both parties. Specific deliverables, timelines, and project scopes will be defined clearly before initiation.
2. Payment Terms
All projects require an upfront advance, as specified in the proposal. Remaining payments are structured as per milestones. Failure to pay on time may lead to project suspension or termination.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide required content, images, login access, and timely feedback during project execution to avoid delays. Delays due to client-side inaction are not Globiz IT’s responsibility.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client will receive ownership of the developed product, excluding any third-party libraries or proprietary tools. Globiz IT reserves the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless requested otherwise.
5. Revisions & Changes
Revisions are limited to what is agreed upon in the project scope. Any additional requests will be treated as new work and billed separately.
6. Cancellation Policy
If a project is canceled after commencement, any advance or milestone payments made are non-refundable. Work completed up to the point of cancellation remains billable.
7. Warranty & Support
We offer limited post-launch support as specified in the project documentation. Ongoing maintenance services are available under separate maintenance contracts.
8. Limitation of Liability
Globiz IT shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project outcomes, data losses, or system errors beyond agreed project deliverables.
9. Modifications
Globiz IT reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients are advised to periodically review this page for any updates.
