We target to supply 99% of spare parts requirements ex-stock against breakdown requirements.
With the growth of our installed base, our inventory of Genuine FANUC Original Parts to support our products has grown exponentially.
We also stock a large quantity of consumables such as cables, fuses, batteries, filters, fuses and so on, to ensure quick supply of such requirements.
We realize and understand downtime of the machine is more critical in the capital Equipments of FACTORY Automation Products. Hence FIL has about 50% of manpower operating in Service.

REPAIRS
We have FANUC proprietary automated test equipment enabling highest degree of diagnostic accuracy at component levels. This offers us unmatched superiority over competitors and 3rd parties. We also have a well accepted Parts Exchange program to relieve users at times of breakdown. Our huge component level inventory of Genuine FANUC Original Parts ensures longevity of repairs and delivers highest MTBF. When parts come into FIL for repairs, they are first cleaned using the PCB washing station. They are then dried using our modern microprocessor based oven and subsequently moved into our Repairs shop. We have facilities for testing and repair of even older FANUC systems such as System 6, System 10 and System 11 FANUC CNC Systems. Dedicated simulators are available for these operations. A separate section dedicated to repair of faulty motors and reconditioning of old motors is available. Genuine FANUC Original Parts are used. We have committed and dedicated engineers.
