AnnualMaintence Contractgs & ( AMC)

We undertakes annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) with service level commitment (SLAs) for projects executed by us as well as those installed by others. In the later case, the support-site is studied thoroughly before commitments are made to ensure our clients the best possible service.

With Annual Maintenance Contract , IRIS takes responsibility to maintain the system by providing maintenance services including repairing of spares. Customer keep spares / arrange non repairable spares under non comprehensive AMC.

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contracts (CMC)

With Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract , IRIS takes responsibility to maintain the system by providing maintenance & repair services including replacement of non repairable spares. This reduces Customer keep inventory cost & is cost effective solution for smooth operation of Fire & Security Systems.

Engineer reporting time & fault rectification lead time is decided during contract finalization as per system importance & urgency. We keep required spares at customer premise/ our office to cater customer spare requirement during contract tenure.

End User Training

Every system is to be operated properly with operational knowledge of system. IRIS provides onsite user training on every aspect of the system in a train-the-trainer model. Attendees of the training session each receive a copy of the IRIS User Manual for future reference. Basic maintenance training is provided to concerned staff for smooth operation of system & hence minimizes system downtime. System drawing, documentation & User manuals are provided to further system operations & maintenance.
